If you're sensitive to caffeine later in the day, simply use decaf for your cold brew concentrate. Drinking Coffee Has Some Super Benefits—Here Are 4 Health Perks of Your Morning Cup Ingredients 3 cups cold brew coffee, divided ¼ cup milk ½ cup Irish Cream, such as Bailey's ¼ cup vodka ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Cinnamon, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream, for garnish (optional) Directions Fill ice cube trays with 2 ½ cups cold brew coffee and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours. In a blender, add the remaining ½ cup cold brew, milk, Irish cream, vodka, vanilla, and frozen coffee ice cubes, and then process until smooth and creamy (but not liquefied).
