In these festive shots, Campari is mixed with cranberry juice and a bit of sugar to balance out the bitterness. We suggest extra shot glasses to spread the joy. Ingredients 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail ¼ packets powdered gelatin (about 4¾ tsp.) 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. sugar, divided 1 cup Campari 1 orange, zested Directions Heat juice, gelatin, and 1 tablespoon sugar in a large saucepan over medium until gelatin and sugar dissolve, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in Campari. Divide among 25 2-oz. shot glasses and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. On a plate, combine orange zest and remaining 1 tsp. sugar. Dip the rim of each shot glass into the sugar mixture to coat, patting gently with your fingers, if necessary, to help sugar adhere. Rate It Print
